What You Will Do:
Step up and help lead the action:
- Run the Show: Assist in managing daily operations of a fluid, high-energy bowling and entertainment facility.
- Event Master: Organize, develop, and market special events, promotions, leagues, and tournaments for the base community.
- Business Operations: Oversee financial management, budgeting, property control, and personnel administration to ensure the facility runs in the green.
- Food & Beverage: Oversee menu development, inventory, and health/safety compliance for the facility's food operations.
What You Need:
- Experience: Just 1 year of experience assisting in business management, PLUS a basic knowledge of bowling (such as assisting with leagues/tournaments).
- OR 4 years of college education in Business Management (or related field) plus basic bowling knowledge.
- Highly Preferred (Stand out!): Experience with financial management (P&L), overseeing food/beverage operations, leading a team, and using systems like RECTRAC or FoodTrac.
- Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen, pass a background investigation (Tier 1 & childcare checks), and be willing to work nights/weekends/holidays as the business requires.
